Directed operations across 12 countries and two continents. Served as Chief of Operations for all personnel and operations in support of two major commands throughout Europe and Africa. • Senior Operations Manager for the Air Forces largest tactical aircraft unit. Briefed executive stakeholders, Senators, Congressional members and Host Nation officials on operation requirements. • Servant Leader for 1.2K member workforce comprised six operational units, two global support units and three airfields with personnel serving in 43 career specialties across Germany, Spain, and Belgium. • Planed, directed and coordinated activities for moderately complex programs and projects through the development of project plans intended to accomplish goals and objectives within prescribed time frames and budgets. Ensured consistent visibility for program and project teams by monitoring and reporting business objectives, program/project achievements, and key indicators. Designed, planed, and conducted work measurement, methods and procedures, manpower requirements utilization and engineered time standards. Provided complex management support services in the areas of strategic planning alignment, program manpower cost analysis, annual/multi-year/long range fiscal planning, Programming, and Budgeting System and development of annual work plans.

Directed airfield and airspace operations within the U.S. Air Force European and African divisions.• Performed as the airspace and aircraft authority for all regional air traffic control assets and personnel. • Integrated group assets with host nation Air Traffic authorities to ensure continued and safe operations throughout the region. • Managed long-term strategy for airfield construction, manning, and mission requirements.• Planned air traffic operations in support of international, / NATO and European partners.

Directed operations of 103 military and civilian radar control personnel across two locations, responsible for 9K miles of airspace and 13 satellite airports, supporting safe operations for 100K employees.• Liaison with the world’s busiest ATC facilities, responsible for drafting FAA contracts / letters of agreement, and streamlining processes and procedures to enhance collaborative relations.• Lead military point of contact for Philadelphia, New York, Washington, and Atlantic City ATC facilities. * Liaised with Philadelphia in coordination for all Presidential operations through the Northeast corridor. Managed TFRs east of Philadelphia during 89 separate Presidential air operations.  * Managed base ATC operations for both the Democratic National Convention and the UN General Assembly. * Primary Air Traffic liaison with the FBI unit in Fort Dix, coordinating secure airspace for the FBI’s Critical Incident Response Group (CIRG).

Guided MAJCOM projects and programs and served as Liaison for international operations across seven nations.
