• Supervises all rebar works, proper installation and dismantling of forms and concreting works• Interprets and executes plans and specifications• Controls the over-all-inter-phasing of structural works• Coordinates and assists the sub-contractor for the proper execution of work assignment• Enforces the implementation of quality plans and objectives.• Assists Office Engineers in the timely submission and approval of queries and submittals• Prepares and evaluates weekly/monthly billing of subcontractors• Conducts quantity take-offs and due diligence based on approved plans and specifications; prepare plans for permanent material requisitions• Monitors and prepares structural accomplishments for Planning Department• Collaborate and coordinate to other trades for proper schedule of accomplishments• Document all civil field activities and perform regular inspection to check progress of ongoing works• Prepares Daily Contractor’s Report (DCR) and Daily Activity Report (DAR)• Prepares Work Inspection Requests and other pertinent documents for the commencement of activities onsite• Monitor and implement all safety program for project assign areas• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Project Manager and Supervisor from time to time
