Main responsibility has been delivering filled and verified prescription medications to customers at pickup workstations with the aim of giving excellent customer service to each of those customers. Another responsibility has been delivering filled and verified prescription medications to customers at drive-thru workstations with the aim of giving excellent customer service to each of those customers. Another responsibility has been accepting prescriptions to be filled from customers at drive-thru workstations and at pickup workstations and giving each of those prescriptions to another pharmacy team member so that each of those prescriptions could be entered into the Rx Connect computer system. Another responsibility has been filing filled and verified prescription medications in pickup bins (also known as waiting bins) on a periodic basis. Another responsibility has been filling prescription medications at production workstations. Another responsibility has been answering telephone calls by customers with the aim of giving excellent customer service to each of those customers. Another responsibility has been performing various functions in various applications in the Rx Connect computer system, especially at pickup workstations and at drive-thru workstations. Another responsibility has been taking pieces of paper with printed information for prescriptions that are received electronically and filing those pieces of paper in sorted order in filing trays. Another responsibility has been pulling medications from pickup bins that were filled and verified 14 or more days ago and have not yet been purchased by customers, so that those medications can be returned to stock shelves. Another responsibility has been returning medications to stock in the Rx computer system and then returning them to stock shelves. So far, I have completed 225 training courses, most of which have been online, and I have attended 2 training classes.

Through an Ivy Tech Community College School of Health Sciences Pharmacy Technician Certificate Program externship. Filled many prescription medications for a wide variety of forms of medications, including tablets, capsules, liquids, reconstitutable powders, and unit-of-use packages, and for a wide variety of classifications of medications. Filed filled prescription medications in pickup bins on a periodic basis. Filed prescription pieces of paper in filing trays on counters in the filling area and attached labels to the backs of some of those pieces of paper. Performed various functions in various applications in the Intercom Plus computer system, especially functions that related to the filling process for prescription medications.
