As the leader of Lex Mundi’s Global Markets team Eric develops the organization's strategies, resources, and services to help multinational companies address cross-border legal risks and challenges.In this capacity he works with senior decision makers of major corporations and Lex Mundi's top-tier law firms to identify critical trends impacting business strategy and operations, while developing unique insights covering Asia/Pacific, Africa/ME, Europe and Latin America. He presents regularly on business development and global trends at Lex Mundi conferences, client events and for graduate students.He holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy (M.A.L.D.) from the Fletcher School in Boston, and subsequently held research and teaching fellowships at Johns Hopkins (SAIS) in Washington, DC, Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin and Center for European Integration Studies in Bonn, Germany. He was sponsored by Clifford Chance for the firm’s Oxford Said, Executive Management Programme for professional services in 2010. Beyond the future of corporate legal services, Eric’s personal interests are in international politics and economics and in how technological, social, regulatory and normative trends impact business strategy.
