Since joining Pantera Capital in 2023, I have dedicated my efforts to spearheading early-stage venture investments and shaping the future of blockchain partnerships. My career began in software innovation, where I developed a deep technical foundation. I now utilize this expertise for strategic investment initiatives, blending technical insight with investment strategy to drive impactful outcomes and advance the potential of emerging technologies.

At Axion Footwear, an iconic and trendsetting skate brand, I played a pivotal role in its inception and growth. Originating from the vibrant nexus of sport, skate, fashion, and entertainment, Axion was built from the ground up, navigating capital raises, private equity and venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions. Launched in October 2020, the brand quickly approached a $10 million valuation, expanding its social media presence fiftyfold since its debut. With minimal investment, Axion achieved impressive returns, driving 4 to 10 times return on ad spend (ROAS). The brand has become a favorite within the skate community, positioning itself as a future powerhouse. Axion's success culminated in an exit to private equity, marking a significant milestone in its journey.

At Eyesight Technologies, now Cipia, I spearheaded groundbreaking advancements in both software and hardware development. I was responsible for the creation of innovative prototypes incorporating gesture control, voice control, and facial recognition technologies. My leadership in these areas drove the evolution of cutting-edge products that set new standards in user interaction and technological integration.

In January 2018, I helped forge a partnership between DeepBrain and a Disney licensee to develop Mickey Mouse toys with speech recognition. I played a key role in enhancing DBC educational robots, which shipped over 3 million units in 2017, and contributed to preparing for the DeepBrain Chain's testnet and mainnet launches. I also supported the Skynet Project to strengthen the DBC network and participated in forming a partnership with SingularityNET to advance AI accessibility through shared data and processing services.

I managed a select group of advanced engineering and AI student interns from the USC Institute for Creative Technologies in Westlake Village. This initiative focused on designing and constructing prototypes that demonstrate the integration of artificial intelligence and electromyography with various groundbreaking technologies and software, in collaboration with hardware systems. Alongside Dr. William Swartout, Chief Science Officer.

Pioneered the development of the world’s first hand gesture and voice-controlled home automation and streaming device, which earned accolades including the "Innovation Award" and "Best New Website" at CES 2014. My work involved engineering advanced prototypes, such as dual-stack PCB boards for both iOS and Android platforms, and creating wearable devices with ZigBee, NFC, and Bluetooth technologies. Collaborating closely with NXP Semiconductors, I designed flexible silicone boards for cutting-edge wearable technology, including smartwatches, shoe soles, and rings. Additionally, I developed comprehensive Nite middleware stacks for PrimeSense (now part of Apple Inc.) using their RGB 3D depth sensor cameras. My contributions also include authoring sophisticated voice control software for home automation and television, utilizing Nuance’s VoCon technology.

As a key architect in the founding and growth of National Positions, I played a crucial role in shaping the company's early trajectory, including coining its name. I led efforts in Account Management, Sales Strategies, Employee Development, and overall Growth.Working alongside co-founders Neil Stein, Bernard May, and Gary Puterman, I helped transform a garage-based startup into a successful enterprise in Westlake Village. My strategic vision and operational skills were critical in establishing the foundation for our industry leadership.National Positions quickly rose to be one of the top 15 growing companies in Los Angeles and a top 100 company in the U.S. We have earned recognition as a 5-time Inc. 500 honoree, an award-winning marketing agency, and a Google Premier Partner.Our innovative approach has been featured in over 100 Forbes articles, on Bloomberg Radio, and with the 2020 Communicator Awards.
