This ranges from driving urgency around code corrections with engineers to alleviating client concerns around the timing of future fixes and clearly articulating impact.• Fluent in excel and frequently utilize its capabilities to convert large datasets into meaningful summaries through a combination of pivot tables, VBA, and formulas.• Other responsibilities include working with third party vendors like EMC to secure licenses or evaluate a new offering, translating growth projections into hardware needs, and utilizing performance and stability data to trend and monitor for changes.
