With several factors I estimate the value of the business; advertise it for sale without disclosing its identity; handle the initial potential buyer interviews, discussions, and negotiations with prospective buyers; facilitate the progress of the due diligence investigation and generally assist with the business sale.I'm also a licensed sales agent in the state of Texas for both commercial and residential real estate.

I was the Sr. PM for the construction of a $32M Energy Center at the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van Manufacturing Facility in North Charleston, SC. Our portion of the project was part of a $500M expansion.

Contracts consisted of repair/maintenance and renovations for universities, schools and other municipal facilities for state and local government entities. • Member of the Safety Committee Board which discussed, rewrote and implemented new safety policies and procedures for Tremco and WTI companies. • Operational Excellence: Successfully managed hundreds of JOC projects to date totaling over $80 million with full profit and loss responsibility. • Team Leadership: Coordinated and directed Construction Managers, Superintendents, QC Officers and Safety Officers, in maintaining successful project performance.• Business Development: Strategically targeted new clients to expand our market share in the JOC industry and led sales presentations with Sales staff and clients alike. Contracts consisted of grass root projects, repair/maintenance and renovations for universities, schools, airports and other municipal facilities for state and local government entities. • Leadership and Team Building: Provided team leadership and support to various project managers, superintendents, estimators, safety officers, an office manager and administrative assistants.
