I am an experienced engineering professional with over 20 years of expertise in assisting organisations in road management planning, asset management, and lifecycle analysis. I have played a leading role in the development of the HDM-4 software, a world-standard tool for road network management and appraisal, which is used by governments and organizations globally. As CEO of HDMGlobal, I have led a consortium responsible for the ongoing development and management of HDM-4, delivering training, providing consultancy, and presenting at international conferences such as COP26 and the PIARC World Road Congress.In addition to my technical experience, I have held various voluntary roles, including Assistant Instructor and National Umpire with Universal Taekwon-do, and served as a Governor at three schools.
