I also help groups to become more effective at whatever is important to them.I have a particular interest in teaching young people through playful, active challenges including sports and outdoor adventures. I love learning about physical education, and I love teaching myself and others how to move efficiently and maximize performance. I am dedicated to helping spread the word about the importance of facilitated experience as an educational tool.I have developed my expertise through a background of coaching, consultative selling, adventure-based education, and a strong service orientation.I am skilled at quickly building rapport with people in diverse settings. I excel at creating an inclusive climate where clients and co-workers feel safe, and where their contributions will be valued.
