Due Diligence Manager - Microsoft Office Division
As Office 365 Due Diligence Manager in the Office 365 Business Group I led the Migration Due Diligence (MDD) team of architects. Under my leadership, the MDD team was hired and quickly developed into a key Office 365 team. We successfully transitioned a paper question and answer, people driven process into a software driven toolset. The MDD toolset provides Microsoft, and our customers, consistent metric driven quality assurance information to ensure our customers alignment to the Office 365 service. The MDD data was important business information that documented required features and directly impacted customer satisfaction as customers knew before they purchased the service if they could consume the service and precisely what actions would be taken to remediate.
