Medical Staff Administration System Analyst
The Medical Staff Administration Analyst (MSAA) is a change agent whose scope of knowledge and responsibilities span the entire practitioner onboarding, retention and offboarding life cycle. The MSAA makes independent decisions and provides direction, training, and support to SCP Health (SCP) employees throughout multiple departments across the continuum of care. MSAAs are instrumental in the development, execution, and reinforcement of a standardized provider onboarding and offboarding process. MSAAs also provide training and development, via an indirect reporting structure, to all SCP Medical Staff Liaisons, Recruiters, Schedulers, Vice Presidents of Staffing Operations (VPSO), and applicable Revenue Cycle Services team members to ensure that all system processes meet or exceed the expectations of the SCP continuum of care in the life and ongoing maintenance of a provider’s work history with the group(s). In times of crisis, such as start-ups, employee staff shortages/leaves, high volume fluctuations, and natural disasters, the MSSA may be called upon to act as a troubleshooter and stand ready to support Staffing Operations’ teams.The MSSA is a member of the Staffing Operations’ Medical Staff Administration team and strives to offer standardization and consolidation of information which translates to operational efficiencies and cost-savings for the company and hassle-free services for our stakeholders.
