This position is part project manager, part sales person, part system architect. Responsible for all of the following over the course of a project:• identify the overall needs of the client• present capabilities of the firm to the client• develop sales estimates and proposals• run discovery phase - create proper scope of the project• create mockups of UI/UX, data dictionaries (lists of fields) and an ERD • write use case scenarios for particular workflows that are central to the project• manage communication between developer and client throughout development phase• coordinate UAT with client• coordinate data migration from legacy systems• oversee the project budget, communicate budget and project updates to client• coordinate with client's IT department for configuration of servers, access credentials, network setup• manage final deployment to production environment• address any issues that come up after deployment

Custom desktop and iOS application development and design using the Filemaker platform, as well as troubleshooting and improving existing Filemaker Pro application systems.

Revised current internal Filemaker system for the tracking of Graphic Design jobs for the Creative Services Division of major international hotel chain. Added a daily timesheet module, file management module, calendar module. Created robot that automatically emails timesheet notifications and timesheet data to exterier suppliers. Created print spec module to track print job specifications. Added connection to exterior time logging website - automatically fills in and submits timesheets for consultants.

Revised current internal Filemaker system for the tracking of clothing design jobs and orders from factory for a clothing design/manufacturing firm. Added modules allowing sales to enter orders directly into system, created reports, cleaned up and consolidated older system.

Design, programming and troubleshooting of existing order-taking system for online and catalog birth announcement company - annual revenue of $5 million dollars. Researched and implemented ODBC shipping solution with UPS and Airborne Express. Designed and created StorkTime, a timeclock/scheduling system for Stork’s 70 employees. Researched and implemented Filemaker to Quark solution using Applescript and Quark plugins.

Developed in-house Filemaker database for tracking software, hardware, and technical support tickets. Provided technical support for small department of designers and project managers.

Designed and programmed architectural planning database - system that allowed the architect to plan, implement and track all of the details that go into a new building - from calculating costs for building out raw space to reporting the number of doors in a building. Designed and programmed marketing and client development database - system that allowed the tracking of current job leads and ongoing client interaction. Helped staff troubleshoot Filemaker problems with existing and provided databases.
