FourBlock Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that prepares transitioning veterans for careers in corporate America. Served as Deputy Commanding Officer to the Brigade Commander, responsible for representing the command in garrison and community forums, participated in the Safety, Infrastructure, and Long Range Strategic planning councils for US Army Garrison Grafenwohr and as the Brigade delegate to the US Army’s 2010 Annual Prevention of Sexual Assault and Harassment Conference.

Commanded several hundred late and non-deploying soldiers within the brigade during its deployment to Iraq from 2008-2010; Served as the Brigade Commander’s personal representative in Grafenwohr and Schweinfurt, Germany attending meetings, events, and conferences to protect the interests of the brigade and its roughly 4,500 family members living in Germany; Liaised with German city and town mayors to develop and enhance U.S.-German relationships; Designed and executed a training and qualification program for approximately 75 cadre members forming them into a “team of teams” to make them mission ready; Oversaw rear detachment support operations in two communities, the care for and support for returning wounded warriors and their family members and the reception and reintegration to home station of the Brigade's deployed Soldiers.
