StarTex Software is the company behind EHS Insight, the premier Environmental, Health, Safety, Competency, Compliance, and Audit software solution.

As the first consultant hired by the Houston Office, I helped grow the office over a two year period from one to over twenty project-focused consultants working with customers including BP, Wood Group, Hercules Offshore, Atwood Oceanics, CalDive International, NetIQ, The Federal Bureau of Investigation, The United States Air Force, and PROS Pricing. My office responsibilities included pre-sales support, project estimation, project planning, project leadership, and customer relationship management. Additionally, I was a full-time billable consultant as a solution architect, lead developer, and project manager.

As the Houston Office Microsoft .NET Practice Area Lead, I was responsible for project proposal development, internal training, quality improvement, technical recruiting, and technical sales support. I also provided oversight, design guidance, mentoring, and quality reviews across the Houston Office's 80 consultants at clients including ConocoPhillips, Shell E&P, Wells Fargo, Penzoil-Jiffy Lube, RealEC, Kinder Morgan, McDermott, and Cameron.As a billable Managing Consultant, I specifically led the design and full life-cycle development of custom enterprise solutions for companies including Microsoft, Enron, SCI, GlobalSantaFe (Transocean), and Schlumberger.During my time at Software Architects I was promoted four times and held the following titles: Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, Senior Managing Consultant, and Microsoft .NET Practice Area Lead.
