Eric is a strategy-focused creative director with 20 years of marketing experience in the education and corporate sectors. He currently serves as creative director and co-founder of Setter, a full-service marketing firm combining award-winning design with deep brand strategy expertise.Previously, Eric was design director at Babson College, where he led the college’s design department and oversaw its visual identity. Prior to Babson, he worked at Brodeur Worldwide, creating multimedia communications for some of the world’s most recognizable brands.At Setter, Eric drives and executes the creative vision for every type of marketing engagement, from user-experience website design and cross-channel advertising campaigns to traditional brand development. Establishing close relationships with clients and working hand in hand with Setter’s strategy team, Eric ensures that each project meets the creative vision and strategic priorities of his clients.Since 2014, Eric has served on the board of the Natick Community Organic Farm, a nonprofit farm providing hands-on education to children. He has also volunteered in Guatemala and Honduras as a program director for the Phoenix Projects, a nonprofit promoting basic human rights for those living in extreme poverty in Central and South America.An award-winning designer, Eric holds a B.A. in graphic design with a minor in communications from American University.
