In my current role as Lead Designer in Joe Fallon Design, I am constantly pushed and challenged creatively as well as organisationally and corporately. My wide skill-set is being put to maximum use and I am constantly pushing myself to meet and exceed expectations. As a result, I carry a significant responsibility that requires an extra level of diligence and aptitude.I learn quickly, work diligently and contribute effectively. My research into renewable energy adds value to my architectural degree and, along with freelance work, demonstrates an ability to self-motivate. Involvement in my local church has taught me the value and importance of working within a team, along with valuable leadership skills. I strive to make simple the complex, to complete a project no matter the effort, and to achieve a holistic approach to my life and work.

CurrentMy role at Joe Fallon Design involves a variety of tasks, but most importantly is lead designer. In this role I consult with potential clients in the homes, listening to their desires for the building project and translating that into a working design and layout, often on the spot using an electronic sketch-pad.
