Providing thought leadership, strategy, content creation, and practical expertise within the intersection of teaching, learning, and student success. My work is focused on how various technologies can provide around-the-clock support to enhance the student experience.With a background in student affairs, academic advising, first year experience, digital identity, wellness, orientation, technology, and communications, I am a leading expert in how technology can be used for student engagement, recruitment, retention, and well-being.I am a keen proponent for teaching students, staff, and faculty about digital identity development and am especially interested in the interplay between organizational culture and the adoption of new technologies for enhancing the student experience.

Responsible for digital strategy + chatbots: content creation (web content, blogs, social media), lead generation (webinars, email campaign content, paid social), client development via my extensive HE network, lead presenter at events (in-person and virtual), product marketing, and use case creation/leadership.
