Over the years, established a team of technical people by hiring 25 employees, establishing a shift schedule (day, evening, night, weekend) and several support levels, as well as by proposing salary and compensation scales. Created a home-grown incidents and problems management system, including configuration and change management modules, based on the ITIL framework. To date, the system holds several tens of thousands of incidents, 170 customers profiles, 1000 server configurations and hundreds of change requests. Migrated the company's email system to Lotus Notes 8.0, including more than 120 users and more than 30GB of mail. Established a continuous improvements committee within the department, including trend analysis, action plans, performance indicators (KPI). Developed a web portal for clients with access to tickets, documentation as well as other technical and training resources.
