Development of a management system for the organization by migrating a dBASE III system to MS Access, then to a web application (PHP, mySQL). MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:Creation of a management system for FHOSQ's annual contest, including a Web interface for the registration of nearly 1,000 soloists and 300 ensembles, a management interface for the Federation's administration and local competitions organizations: enrollment management, contributions, access rights for participants, booking venues and accommodation, as well as a management interface for entry of results, and production of the results online, allowing over 10,000 hits in 24 hours.

Manage a team of more than 25 employees providing technical support to over 175 clients in Canada, the United States, Australia and England. Define guidelines for the company's technical services.Manage procedures, service level agreements (SLA), budgets, and human resources. Maintain of a heterogeneous computing environment (Linux, Windows). Provide 24/7 service level for the technical support department: telephony, Internet connectivity, web, email and application server availability.

Provide Linux technical support for complex systems with multiple database servers and medical images storage. Work on 24/7 rotation on day, evening, night and weekend shifts. MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:3 times nominated best PACS vendor (digital radiology system) in 2005, 2007 and 2008 by an independent polling firm, especially due to outstanding comments about the performance of the technical services departments. Over the years, established a team of technical people by hiring 25 employees, establishing a shift schedule (day, evening, night, weekend) and several support levels, as well as by proposing salary and compensation scales. Created a home-grown incidents and problems management system, including configuration and change management modules, based on the ITIL framework. To date, the system holds several tens of thousands of incidents, 170 customers profiles, 1000 server configurations and hundreds of change requests. Migrated the company's email system to Lotus Notes 8.0, including more than 120 users and more than 30GB of mail. Established a continuous improvements committee within the department, including trend analysis, action plans, performance indicators (KPI). Developed a web portal for clients with access to tickets, documentation as well as other technical and training resources.

Generic technical support for students, teachers, and administration, as well as many computer labs in mixed environments (Windows, Mac, Linux).

Administrative support for the department, including payroll production, scorecards, students' discipline.MAIN ACHIEVEMENTS:Created the Music Department's original web site, awarded by canadian organization School Online, and linked by many sites including Branchez-Vous!Organized several school band tours in Canada and the United States with 12-17 year-old youth, including fund-raising, tour scheduling, rooms booking, transportation, accommodations, and equiment and instruments coordination. Developed of a management application for the department of music in MS Access, still used to date, allowing management of registration, inventory, teacher's attendance sheets, and students evaluations.
