To date, the system holds several tens of thousands of incidents, 170 customers profiles, 1000 server configurations and hundreds of change requests. Migrated the company's email system to Lotus Notes 8.0, including more than 120 users and more than 30GB of mail. Established a continuous improvements committee within the department, including trend analysis, action plans, performance indicators (KPI). Developed a web portal for clients with access to tickets, documentation as well as other technical and training resources.
