Joined MainVest prior to seed round to build a variety of early stage growth and sales processes, scaling the supply side of the marketplace to a key milestone of $1M+ in monthly investments.Built the GTM strategy for the sales team, developed playbooks for lead sourcing and closing deals, and managed a team of 5 territory executives who become a key resource on regulation crowdfunding and capital access issues facing small businesses in their regions.Responsible for developing relationships with various State and City economic development stakeholders in order to help local entrepreneurs, typically in financially neglected communities, gain access to capital through local crowdfunding campaigns.

As part of the Event Operations team, my role is to act as a key partner to cities and venues as we develop plans to scale safe, efficient operations during high-demand events.While managing a number of projects from city-wide special events to ongoing operations at sports venues across the Northeast, my responsibilities include supply-demand modeling, traffic planning, event production, staffing, site buildout, vendor sourcing, real-time monitoring/quality control, and post-event analysis to drive learnings and future iterations.Projects include:- Logan Airport: Advisory team for new Pickup & Dropoff at Central Parking- Gillette Stadium: Official Rideshare Partner of Gillette Stadium- Penn State: Official Rideshare Partner of Penn State Athletics- Boston Marathon: Official Ride of the 2018 Boston Marathon- 2018 PGA events: PGA Champ, US Open, THE PLAYERS, & TOUR Champ- City of Boston: Worked with Uber’s policy team to develop a curbside pickup pilot aimed at alleviating congestion issues and create safer street side pickups for riders and drivers

My role included a mix of business development, partnership management, event marketing, product launches, people management, experiential stunt marketing along with various other growth hacking initiatives during Uber’s hyper-growth stage. Product Ops & Account Management: Helped launch Uber's first Business Travel platform, managing a team of specialists throughout the US and driving early adoption of the software.Business Development: Developed strategic partnerships with professional sports teams & venues across New England. These multi-year BD investments along with the ongoing management were structured to drive measurable ROI within our local markets.Growth Initiatives:- Launched a Brand Ambassador program in Boston and scaled to markets across the US- Patriots365: Created a first of its kind loyalty program with Patriots365.
