Servers were first virtual instances introduced in the TSA production environment. Developed white paper about the history and ways to enhance the Highway Safety Improvement Program, which was incorporated into the June 2011 NTPP report, "Performance Driven: Achieving Wiser Investment in Transportation.” Collaborated with other projects of the BPC to compose papers highlighting transportation issues through the lens of other projects.
