I served as outside general counsel for a corporate client in the manufacturing segment, assisting with the creation and development of corporate systems, the drafting and negotiation of real estate and employment contracts, and management of the client’s divestment of the business through merger. I serve as outside general counsel and board member of a private equity funded start-up health care system operating under federal and state Corporate Practice of Medicine laws, including the creation of a PLLP to manage a medical clinic, the creation of a LLC to act as the management services agency, creation of a non-profit foundation to assist clients with issues surround medical care expenses, and creation of a franchise structure. I served as outside general counsel for a start-up construction business in the sustainable, eco-friendly, construction segment, including the creation of the corporate structure, drafting of all construction, employment and real estate contracts, and oversight of the divestment of the business through sale.

As a go-to resource, aided legal teams in understanding and resolving an influx of over 10,000 cases and established proactive, company-wide policies to reduce future risk.
