I also attended the logistics of the command center under special city circumstances and international visits to demonstrate advances in technology for city security.Operationally, I coordinated with IT teams the integration of security systems to the SIES-M and the technological improvement of the platforms. I also established an inter-institutional operating committee to evaluate aspects of the operation and well being in the centre.Managerially, I concentrated on the development of the time-based operating model, coded by the responsibilities of each of the actors who participated in the different stages, to fine-tune the attention time.I established a set of indicators, with objectives, formulation, goals, and activities to follow, for all critical subsystems and led a working group to create an RFI that would determine the best option for an information system for the city of Medellín.I carried out training for all SIES staff. Additionally, it had to keep the sales force of the different operators in excellent training so that the functionalities and benefits of the NOKIA equipment were adequately communicated and disseminated in the market for which they were designed. I developed visit, training and demonstration plans to maintain the sales force and the position of the NOKIA brand at the points of sale in the city.
