My Story Reworked IBM/AstraZeneca Global IMAC Outsourcing Contract, Processes and Procedures for different countries into one set. Checked Outsource Contract for alignment. Tasks defined in Change Templates created Workflow to notify assigned groups.Perform Group member logs in to Remedy. Selects Template with required tasks to install PC. With standard user image and starts SLA clock. Workflow will email Facilities. To check location and ensure desk and chair and services allocated. Email Stock Controller/Procurement for PC and standard image build licenses.Build PC, install it and ensure End User satisfied. Then log on to Remedy to close the Change Ticket. Confirm task done and Configuration Management team stop SLA clock.Business Services:Write Technology road-map and high-level design documents based on raw inputs from the business and technical teams;Review, correct and re-purpose technical drafts into consistent look and feel final drafts;Produce impactful presentations and documents using O365 and/or G Suite;Documenting SAP and infrastructure technology;Administer SharePoint, web pages and Wiki for functional teams. Technical Services:Produce BSI Kite or CE Mark Technical files for electronic products and related Infrastructure. Write EMC, Low Voltage and Wireless Specifications per Directives;Write Requirements, Functional Specifications. Build, Test and Handover Plans, Articles, Blogs, Web site content, White Papers, User Guides, Technical Manuals and Training Courses;Researching AI, ML, Blockchain, GDPR, IoT, and TES Lessons.
