o Mr. Svenson continues to successfully lead numerous Data Center Transformation Projects in various large scale business environments including but not limited to; a Major News Organization, Energy and Automation Sciences, Health Care, Mortgage Industry, Telecommunications, Financial Investment industry spaces, and other major industries. Responsibilities include Team Leadership, Strategy Development, Project Management, Planning and Execution of Data Centers ranging in size from small 50+ servers and 30 applications to large scale mission critical data center operational transformations that included environments housing 3000+ servers and nearly 1000 applications including mainframes, virtual, and cloud components that have Tier 1 "zero downtime" SLA’s.o Eric is responsible for the development and improvement of various data center process and procedure guideline documents associated with Project Plans, RCA documentation creation used for the planning and execution of transformation events including creating and building migration groups and managing associated resources. o Eric also has been leading and mentoring analysts and consultants to drive personal and migration knowledge growth to succeed in the data center transformation team and industry.o In his free time, Eric stays current on IT trends and initiates discussions with fellow coworkers, enjoys swimming and bike riding, along with watching movies and attending film festivals.

o Responsible for the development and improvement of various data center process and procedure guideline documents, associated Project Plans, and Project Checklists used for the planning and execution of move events including creating and building move groups, and managing associated resources.

o Acted as a go-to person for dealing with difficult customers, technical issues as well as being responsible for managing and controlling inventory on hardware displacement, ticket distribution, and status on issues remediation.
