Led the nine-person operations team for N2’s newest product line, N2DIGITAL. Researched, tested and scaled digital service offerings to accommodate the needs of all franchise owners and digital marketing services for small business owners. Collaborated with marketing, sales, business intelligence and our project management team to refine product features, integrations and reporting.• Overhauled our website development process, resulting in a 61% reduction in build time from Q3 2020 to Q1 2021.• When small business advertising budgets were cut in 2020, many of our franchise owners left the business. I worked with a small team to run digital ads to generate inbound sales leads to keep our growing number of corporate-owned publications profitable. The lead generation strategy we developed produced over 16,000 leads, over $3 million in revenue and a 15:1 return on ad spend. With that success, the lead generation offering was opened to over 600 franchise owners across the US.

Led and worked closely with our team building websites and performing SEO services for small business owners. Focus areas included building a more effective SEO strategy, improving website design practices, building support for e-commerce and real estate websites.Created the first SEO role for The N2 Company, resulting in over a 300% growth inSEO revenue.

Hired and trained a team of 16 account managers to roll out our social media product offering. Collaborated closely with executives, other project managers, developers and designers to ensure our software could properly accommodate this new service.Led the expansion of our former print-only advertising offer to include digitaladvertising. Enrolling nearly 600 sales members, over 6,000 clients and doubled our advertising exposure to our highest revenue clients.

Led testing of new projects for a design team of 100 designers. One project included a premium design service where I communicated directly with clients to best understand their business and their advertising objectives. Another project addressed our sales team’s ad design roadblock by sourcing and categorizing over 1,000 high-quality ads they share during client pitches.

Designed layouts and advertisements for high-end monthly publications. Led ad design workshops to help coach and collaborate with our large design team.

Managed over one hundred on-premise mixed beverage accounts in southeast NC for liquor sales, service and education. Service responsibilities included menus, merchandise and custom signage. Education included staff training for key accounts.
