It started as a classic Hollywood story… I ventured West to pursue a career in acting and modeling and then stumbled upon my first job tearing tickets at the hottest cinema megaplex in Los Angeles, the AMC Century City 14. Little did I know this foray would change my career direction forever. I spent the first few years falling in love with cinema and appreciating my colleagues who shared the same passion of entertainment, eventually moving up the ranks of theatre management, where I would shake hands with the Hollywood elite and power brokers. Until one day, an icon in the industry whom I’ve gotten to know over the years at the movie theatre asked me a simple question… “Do you want to be a theatre manager the rest of your life?” and I replied “No!”. From that moment, my story took a different turn of promoting and marketing movies, instead of starring in them…After that conversation, I would wait almost three years to get the call to join the most talked about start up studio in decades… DreamWorks SKG. That moment charted a course for what would be 15 years of working in motion picture studio companies on some of the most incredible films of our time. From the start up studio such as DreamWorks to one of the oldest and historic studios in the industry, Paramount Pictures, then eventually one of the most award-winning independent film companies, The Weinstein Company. These experiences led to my roles with other industry companies that support the cinema and motion picture industry where I was able to share my skills and relationships to assist my clients.With over 30 years of expertise and knowledge in the cinema and motion picture industry, I have a proven track record of providing high-end value and successful results in planning and implementing innovative marketing strategies, negotiating and brokering deals, securing increased sales and profits as well as strengthening relationships in a wide spectrum of areas. I excel in fast-paced environments and I’m a self-motivated, team player. I pride myself on being a seasoned Sales, Business Development, Operations and Marketing Executive who helps clients reach for their Hollywood story.
