It was because of this strong, consistent leadership that Valtech had a Quality Assurance team to be reckoned with. Junior QAs skilled up with incredible efficiency, and the more experienced members of the company were encouraged to learn and share findings on new technologies while also imparting and assisting those who needed that help.
