Prior to Mondelez, Eric worked as Associate Manager of Corporate FP&A at The Hershey Company, Sr. Analyst, US FP&A responsible for the consolidating and reporting of the US business segment. He was also the Sr. Analyst, Commercial Planning & Analytics - Instant Consumables (IC) with responsibility of planning gross sales for its IC business for Reese, Kit Kat/Pay Day, and Variety brands.Eric was the CEO of The $100 Solution, an international 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, for six years before stepping down in 2020 as a part of a successful multi-year succession plan. Throughout his career he has developed a reputation as a results-oriented leader with a focus on coaching and developing direct and indirect reports. Under his direction the organization has published a textbook, added six academic partnerships, created a Fellowship program, established the Bill Sherman Research Foundation to conduct research on service learning and The $100 Solution, and designed a new 5-year growth strategy. In November 2017, due to his success as CEO, Forbes hand-selected Eric to be a part of its Nonprofit Council. Eric is a three-time marathon and two-time Olympic-distance triathlon finisher. He also has two 3rd-place half-marathon Age Group finishes. Eric has also completed two 70.3 Ironman triathlon and a 50k Trail Ultramarathon.Eric has circumnavigated the globe through Semester at Sea, a University of Virginia academically sponsored study abroad program.
