I have been a commercial real estate advisor/agent for over 28 years. My first 6 years were spent in the Phoenix metropolitan area. I was born and raised in Portland, and my wife's family lives in the Portland area as well, so after having our first son we decided to move our family to Portland. I have been working in the Portland marketplace for over 22 years now, and with JLL since early 2012. I have earned recognition for revenue production from JLL as a Top Achiever and Gold Achiever multiple times over the recent years. My constant goal is to provide my existing clients and future clients with a thoughtful, creative, attentive and reliable level of service no matter how big or small.Specialties: I have specialized in landlord and tenant representation with an emphasis on office and office flex properties. My current focus is on the tenant side of the business. Having experience working for landlords and tenants allows me to see things clearly from both sides of the spectrum and enables me to provide my clients with accurate expectations, in depth market knowledge and an understanding of how the other party views the possible transaction. With this knowledge and experience my clients are able to make informed decisions that benefit their companies bottom line. Additionally, being at JLL allows me to better service my multi-market clients and bring additional services to my client like Workplace Strategy, Business Economic Incentives, and Portfolio Strategy.
