Started as a front-end web developer and have since largely migrated to writing internal Web Applications. I support a wide range of applications that I have developed for many departments within the company.- Headed a successful initiative to engineer and implement a comprehensive Content Management System to allow non-technical persons to maintain general public site content.- Transformed public sales website from a document-based HTML site to an integrated, extensible dynamic ASP.NET application.- Headed and implemented a successful initiative to engineer a Marketing Project Management System to automate the entire project life-cycle.- Developed applications to automate a variety of formerly manual internal business processes in order to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Started as an assistant web document maintainer and was promoted to Student Web Developer. After graduation, I was hired as a Web Developer.- Planned and implemented a successful migration from a legacy ASP application base to an integrated, cohesive system based on the ASP.NET framework.- Introduced and successfully implemented the Object Oriented programming paradigm, as well as the concept of “tiers” (layers of abstraction), to the application development process, and successfully migrated almost all of the existing codebase to take advantage of the benefits offered by these paradigms.- Successfully implemented a College Press Project Management Web Application, implementing each component of the formerly manual project life cycle in the Application, and providing migration training to the new users.- Designed and implemented an extensible CMS framework to power College websites—significantly reducing development time by automating the business processes required by the College to maintain websites while enforcing the College’s very complex security and authorization policies, as well as providing a framework for future growth and development.

Started as a general help desk technician and migrated to UNIX/OS X technical support specialist. Solely responsible for all UNIX/OS X workstations used for commercial and academic purposes at College of the Ozarks.- Personally mitigated all hardware and software issues on each UNIX/OS X workstation used at the College.- Headed a successful initiative to completely integrate OS X workstations into a pre-existing Active Directory infrastructure. - Planned and implemented a central management server for OS X workstations to efficiently manage system imaging, software updates, and company computer usage policy enforcement.
