As the Regional Manager for the Heartland Storage Group, my immediate duties are to:- Manage all capital improvement projects for our storage facility properties in Chicago. Deploy capital in a smart, efficient and effective manner guided by the budget and property needs.- Gather estimates, review proposals, hire contractors and inspect completed work.- On-board recently acquired businesses, integrate into Chicago Northside Storage's operations. - On-board hired Storage Facility Managers and associate staff. Set underlying goals and duties for storage facility staff. - Serve Han Capital as the point person between our storage business operations, facility managers, property landlords and B2B affiliations.- Manage the Chicago Northside Storage brand's online presence; administrate our website's back-end, Yelp, Google and other marketing affiliations. - Oversee all day to day operations across seven different facilities in three different states.

EZLinks Golf, Inc. powers TeeOff.com; an online tee time reservation website, connecting golfers with great deals at more than 1,000 golf courses nationwide.I was promoted to the new position of TeeOff Customer Support Team Lead shortly before the websites public launch in Q2 of 2013. As a leader of our new TeeOff customer support services sub-department, I oversaw the complete operations of our B2C customer support team. This includes:- Developing and implementing effective customer service policies and cost effective solutions.- Managing day-to-day operations, training and supporting our CS staff.- Resolving elevated customer service issues.- Documenting and reporting website technical issues to the Q&A/Web Dev team.- Communicating across departments to ensure proper documentation and case completion.- Maintaining B2B relations between our TeeOff service team and the golf course administrators.While I was leading the customer service team, we saw TeeOff.com grow to become the number two seller of online tee times within the first year after launch.

As an inbound reservation agent, we handle all incoming calls for golf reservations and other golf-related inquires from our client golf courses.
