Current• Partnered with Dr. John Sanders in researching and writing Extension of Hamiltonian Mechanics to Non-Conservative Systems via Higher-Order Dynamics and On the Improved Efficiency of Higher-Order Dynamics for Computing Resonant Frequencies. Tested computer resonant frequency calculation speeds with different equation matrices in MATLAB to compare results. Studied the mathematical structure of a new resonant frequency matrix to report on its mechanics. Studied the application of Hamiltonian Mechanics to damped systems by way of the dual oscillator approach.
