SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT: As a New Product Introduction Manager was responsible for driving 3rd party factories through 23 new product launch cycles using project management disciplines to coordinate various international team efforts of engineering, marketing, sales, procurement, finance, logistics, quality, service, etc. Created and executed R&D project schedules to support regional product deployment milestones and criteria. Transitioned new production with end of life activities in unison across multiple internal and external organizations. Facilitated operational processes, planning, scheduling and inventory controls to support manufacturing operations while coordinating activities between various cross functional groups on a worldwide basis. Led a project team of multiple Taiwan manufacturing firms to transition their facilities into a new WTO country - China. Responsibilities included the transition of IT systems, manufacturing equipment, processes and operational procedures, trained resources, freight lanes, sub-supplier development, regional ordering centers and cost management while maintaining the continued flow of 35k units or $24 million in notebooks per day of revenue.
