Professional Biography;Starting as entrepreneur at the age of 16, I developed my first business acumen. After a successful sale of the company, I gained experiences on strategic project management at Nedcar and later ASML; reporting progress on C-level. Since the initial start I was involved in the start-up of eLEAF, which I later joined as COO. Followed by the position of Global Manager Product Development & Engineering within Schunk XYcarb Technology and since 2020 as managing director of Demcon Advanced Mechatronics Best. In the latter, I’m P&L responsible and realized a double digit growth. To strengthen my knowledge, I completed the study Executive Master of Management and Organization at the TIAS school for business and society, in 2019.
