Washington D.C. Metro Area

Synchronized current and future operations of the Human Resource Office that actively developed the talent management and professional development of strategic leaders in the US Army. Program Manager for the development of processes and systems that provided career guidance to over 3,000 senior executives. As Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), led the Information Management Office, an interdisciplinary team that included defense contractors, civil servant employees and military personnel.

The Netherlands

Directed a workforce of over 400 US and Dutch personnel dispersed over 300 miles in five military communities, incorporating the Netherlands and northern Germany. Implemented logistical, administrative and quality of life support to over 5,000 US and Canadian military, civilians and family members supporting both national and international organizations and businesses. Managed a $30 million annual operating budget. Provided political and logistical oversight of the Margraten American Cemetery, the only one of its kind in the country.

Shape, Belgium

Developed and implemented human resource policies, programs and practices for a multinational and interagency headquarters supporting the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). Integrated manpower and budget systems with a variety of human resource matters, to include organizational structure, functional alignment and utilization / training of personnel. Formulated policies for NATO organizations dispersed throughout Europe and the United States. Executed an operating budget of over $350,000.
