• Led the central Project Engineering capability comprised of Process Engineering, Discipline Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Document Control and Engineering Software Systems
• Had direct project teams at INVISTA’s largest sites with matrixed oversight responsibilities across the balance of INVISTA’s global asset base
• Partnered with and provide consultation to site, business and capability leadership (procurement, reliability) to ensure the project portfolio aligns with business bets and Return on Capital Consumed is optimized
