With extensive international commercial in-house experience in Asia, Europe and Australia, Eric now focuses on the current digital exponential transformation in the modern workplace particularly in light of automation and AI as it relates to leadership and talent development with a number of fintech, global banks, media, property developers, luxury retail brands, hospitality, consulting, technology and natural resources corporations.Eric is a leadership coach who also develops, delivers and facilitates experiential talent development programmes particularly in driving performance, global effectiveness, client development, sales, cultural intelligence, emotional intelligence, empathy, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and unconscious bias. Eric works both face-to-face as well as via online virtual mediums.Eric has an MBA from the USA and a BSc (Honours) from Australia, where he started his career at KPMG Management Consulting. He has worked in-house at senior levels in client relationship management, business development and sales with KPMG (London & Australia); Clifford Chance (London); Allen & Overy (Hong Kong & London); and with Minter Ellison and Allens Arthur Robinson (both in Australia).Eric is a visiting lecturer at the University of Birmingham, UK and also at a New York university at postgraduate level.He is passionate about inspring people and helping people achieve their full potential.
