I have used my ability to understand systems in various mediums, like software, process, training, as well as technical.I have been the one that reaches out to other groups to help get solutions to various problems. I am not afraid to admit a lack of knowledge, but I always try and make sure that I only ever have to admit that once. I am also one of the first to assist other groups to ensure their assistance in the future.I have been a trainer. I have had several technical lead positions and I have used that influence to repeated attempt to bring others up to my level of knowledge for the benefit of the company as well to allow myself the mobility to take on new challenges. I have written training manuals and run courses, on my own, to make sure that others can have the chance to get better at what they do.I am not afraid to learn new things. I have become proficient at navigating various environments in my career, including TL1 language (Tellabs Titan 5500 product OS), Linux, and VMWare. I take these on because it helps me do my job better.
