Support and direct the activities of ACSM's community impact programs as well as work with ACSM staff and volunteers to develop tactics, policies, procedures, resources, and network building based on strategic priorities, and goals and to ensure all annual work plans are accomplished in the areas of youth sports and fitness, and Exercise is Medicine (TM).Acts as staff liaison to selected ACSM committees and other groups, such as the National Youth Sports Health & Safety Institute, Exercise is Medicine (TM) Governance Board, Task Force on Youth Fitness, Strategic Health Initiative - Youth Sports & Health, National Youth Sports Strategy, US National Physical Activity Plan SPORT Sector, Physical Activity Alliance, National Council of Youth Sports, Olympic & Paralympic Sports Medicine & Sports Science, Center for Sports Transformation, and other groups and boards as they are relevant to the strategic direction of ACSM.I serve as host to the NYSHSI Healthy Youth Sports podcast.

I managed the joint relationship for the National Youth Sports Health & Safety Institute between founding organizational partners, American College of Sports Medicine and Sanford Health. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizational operations, marketing, website management, social media management, partnership development/management, customer service, ACSM member relations, and program development/management.NYSHSI is dedicated to being the recognized leader and advocate for advancing and disseminating the latest research and evidence-based education, recommendations and policy to enhance the experience, development, health and safety of our youth in sports.

Managed the corporate sponsorships program for multiple annual conferences, partnerships, and special projects. Also managed the Foundation's annual appeal program.

Managed fundraising activities, 16-person board of directors, men's and women's basketball pregame donor operations, and special event initiatives to generate funding to support student-athlete scholarships.

Strategic planning, development and execution of all marketing activities for Marsh's delivery and pick-up grocery service.

Sold and managed marketing special event and educational program sponsorships for the Indianapolis Zoo and White River Gardens.

Planned and managed 10 special events per year ranging from 100+ (one day) to 80,000+ (one month) attendees, special event volunteer management, created and managed the events and advertising trade program, assisted with annual Zoo campaign: television, radio, print, and outdoor, as well as television spokesperson for all Zoo marketing special events.
