MetroPlus Health Plan is a subsidiary of NYC Health + Hospitals, an integrated health care system of hospitals, neighborhood health centers, long-term care, nursing homes, and home care. Responsibilities included UX/UI development of online platforms encompassing the public websites and internal portals. Enhancements and development included design, function and informational and promotional content development. The role also involved social media management, creating the workflow, voice, and methods of outreach. A most recent list of completed projects include website overhaul, in terms of content management, art direction, and informational planning.

MyGrove Media, currently known as Element3 Health, was originally a social media company that offered active adults (retirees) an social platform to showcase their passions through online engagement, print, and digital magazines and live events. Responsibilities included conceptualization of the UX/UI and creative direction of the website, social media, promotional collateral, and sales materials.

The Ukrainian Institute of America is a nonprofit aimed at showcasing the rich and vibrant culture of the Ukrainian diaspora living in the United States through art, film, and dance. Responsibilities included planning and implementing changes to the website and social media, assisting staff with operational needs, and occasionally producing designed promotions.
