From managing Direct Marketing campaigns, the focus changed to data-driven supply chain management improvements such as inventory optimisation, as well as production quality improvements. I also completed several courses and studies in data analysis and supply chain management from leading universities worldwide.

Design of the physical and virtual Supply Chain.

Redesigned, built and consolidated a new, future orientated digital printery after the bankruptcy during the economic crisis in 2010. Greatly improved know-how and quality within the organisation. Managed, in association with strategic partners, large and complicated Direct Marketing projects for internationals like KPN.

Started as a professional printer I quickly worked my way up through the different departments to order manager and procurement officer. The last three years manager special projects for different companies within the Brouwer Groep, responsible for A-customers like Agis, Eneco and the Dutch Red Cross. Actively managed the always changing supply chains in order to realise the best prices for the highest profit.

Motivation of communities and the organisation of logistics, finances and information for projects in the primary health care in the Umzimkulu district, Transkei. Negotiations between communities, the regional hospital (Rietvlei) and the Transkei Department of Health. Technical drawings, material- and cost calculation and building of clinics, drinking water and water purification systems. Bookkeeping and financial reporting to the Netherlands.Also involved in the organisation of Community Health Workshops and (re)forestation programmes.
