In my role, I demonstrated exceptional talent in recruitment, which led to a rapid advancement within just one year to oversee one of the five recruiting stations serving Aurora Colorado. My leadership capabilities and proven track record in talent acquisition and team development were recognized, entrusting me with command responsibilities. I developed and implemented effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and conducted both individual and group interviews to assess candidates for military entry. Furthermore, I showcased my problem-solving abilities by identifying system weaknesses and providing solutions. As the Station Commander my management duties included performance management, recruiter development, and community engagement.

Upon joining the 82nd Airborne Division, I was appointed as the Key Leader Engagement Subject Matter Expert. I successfully conducted numerous high-stakes kles during deployment, showcasing my intrapersonal skills and strategic acumen in liaising with foreign military officials. I strategically orchestrated aerial logistics operations for a contingent of 150 soldiers, ensuring mission success through the development of efficient air traffic patterns, establishment of both permanent and temporary Helicopter Landing Zones, coordination of precise airdrop delivery points, and implementation of comprehensive operating procedures for sling loading of helicopter cargo. As the senior enlisted soldier within the platoon, I oversaw the daily operations of 50 soldiers, guaranteeing adherence to established practices and compliance with regulatory standards. I conducted comprehensive risk management training, individual mentoring of subordinate supervisors, and created strategic training pathways for various operational domains. Furthermore, I designed and executed a specialized training program that equipped 150 soldiers for vehicle-based combat, integrating advanced weapon systems and operational tactics.

I was entrusted with the leadership of a five-member team. My primary mission was to develop the battalion’s premier maneuver element, with a focus on achieving tactical superiority and operational effectiveness. This responsibility allowed me to drive unparalleled team development, which led to the recognition of my fireteam as the #1 airborne fireteam for an unprecedented seven consecutive quarters. To ensure our success, I formulated comprehensive operating procedures and established project management metrics. These strategic initiatives led to measurable outcomes, characterized by enhanced readiness and significantly reduced risk. This experience has honed my leadership skills and deepened my understanding of team dynamics and operational management.
