Product Designer for one of the most relevant technology companies in the food market in the state of São Paulo, I have been working for over 15 years in product design and technology solutions for businesses, including banks, ERP systems, applications, websites, and software.• I introduced UX Design techniques and tools in the company, such as prototyping, research, wireframing, usability testing, and heatmaps, which increased application development time by 40%.• I designed a payment software for self-service terminals in restaurants. I used Figma, Corel Draw, and in-depth user research, focused on usability testing, oversaw the process with the development team through to the final installation at the client. The result? An innovative product now in use by numerous top-tier restaurants in São Paulo, streamlining over 1500 meal orders daily.• I assisted the development of a self-service system for a terminal where customers can place their orders in a restaurant and pay the bill at the same terminal. For this, I used Figma, Fireworks, Corel Draw, usability testing, user flow, and wireframing. This product has been sold to schools, restaurants, and colleges, where approximately 1000 meals are sold daily. • I was part of the team that redesigned the self-service terminal at the company. I followed the entire project process, from 3D design to the finalization and assembly of the terminal. I provided suggestions that increased production time by 66%.
