The E&M Desk determines the costs of large projects and verifies expert estimates by means of size based estimates and benchmarking. Responsible for a Competentece Centre SPI; working together with our customers on CMM and CMMI programs.

Responsible for the improvement of a hardware development environment of 80 FTE. Objective was to reduce the lead time of projects with 70%. Within 15 months this result was achieved and an objective assessment showed that we achieved CMMI - L2. I've presented the results of this improvement program on the international conference ESEPG in 2007

From 2002 and beyond I was de lead assessor at SNS reaal. Yearly a CBA/IPI was performed and small intermediate assessments during the year. The final result was achieving CMMI level 3 based on the feedback and advice from the assessments.

Involved in a CMMI program to achieve Level 3. Training and coaching of project managers to perform their work according to the defined standards. Within 15 months CMMI L2 was achieved and 2 PA's on CMMI L3.

Responsible for the improvement program at a department of Philips Semiconductor; the focus was on improving specific area's like configuration management, requirements engineering and project management.

Architect for embedded systems; in this projects colleagues from India where involved. As an architect I was responsible for the technical quality of the products.As a consultant I've supported customers and the internal organisation in achieving CMM Level 2 and 3.

Responsible for the architecture, development and testing of control software of technical engines for rail vehicles (train, metro, tram); the software we've developed with a team of 3 FTE was mainly embedded software.
