CurrentEstablish key partnerships with consulting companies, staffing agencies, and direct clients.Initiate and execute contracts (Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, etc.).Execute strategy to position the organization as a preferred employer. Devise key metrics to develop appropriate recruitment strategies and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Create and launch a custom website using Squarespace.Maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and partner recruitment agencies. Actively source, qualify, and place high-level IT Professionals (Software Developers / Engineers / Architects, Network Engineers, Product/Project Managers, Business / Data / Systems Analysts, UI/UX Designers, etc.).Negotiate rates, schedule interviews, present offers and guide candidates through the hiring process based on client requirements.Create and send client invoices.Maintain a database of qualified talent.
