I was responsible for creating and managing digital channels and social media platforms, including website, Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, Ecwid Shop, LinkedIn, Google Places, and more. I handled both external and internal client communications, ensuring smooth flow of information. Additionally, I served as a stakeholder in SugarCRM projects and analyzed metrics for various areas, including social media, AdWords, and AdSense.
