As Director of Business Development I was responsible for ensuring qualification and invitation for $1M+ bids and procurement events. My target was to identify and develop leads and opportunities at large scale with local and national Fortune 500 companies. My responsibility also included training, managing, and coaching the inside and outside sales teams. Salesforce CRM development and optimization along with targeted email campaigns and contact management were top priorities.

As General Manager, I was accountable for the Branch's ultimate performance including operations, sales, P&L, and strategic growth initiatives. By gathering key department leaders, we teamed up to co-author strategic goals designed to exceed our budgetary and performance metrics. By re-organizing resources and key personnel, I was able to increase team morale, safety awareness/adherence, and provide more dedicated support to our field technicians. Through these initiatives our team had achieved year over year growth in revenue, profitability, and customer service metrics.

As the Assistant General Manger I leveraged our regional team to create value engineered solutions to building maintenance challenges for our customers. In addition to managing the regional sales and scheduling teams, I also worked cross functionally across administration, safety, and operations to streamline processes and our service delivery to the market. I created, tested, deployed, and refined new initiatives that supported our strategic direction and business plan objectives. Integrating digital and mobile technology into our service platform was a key focus of mine.

Responsible for developing new accounts and growing the Virginia and Washington DC territory for the largest provider of exterior building maintenance in the country. My responsibilities included strategic consultative selling service programs and projects that enhanced the appearance and increased the value of commercial assets. Deployed full cycle sales process of identifying new opportunities, prospecting, generating leads, qualifying leads, RFP responses, and contract negotiation. Post close, I would work to successfully transition the account to our service delivery team and ensure we exceeded agreed upon expectations. Primary prospects and clients were Commercial Real Estate Owners and Property Managers.
