With more than three decades of experience in the construction industry, I am a seasoned Construction Manager at The Life Properties, a leading provider of quality and affordable housing for the residents. I oversee the construction and renovation projects for a portfolio of over 50 multifamily properties across the US, managing the quality, budget, and timeline of the projects.I work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as property managers, contractors, vendors, and investors, to ensure the alignment of expectations, goals, and deliverables. I also provide consulting services to the senior management team on strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management for the construction department.
