CurrentManages a team of software engineersSupervises, manages, designs/implements, maintains the POS (Point of Sales) and related systems use by retailed florists across the US Nation that has monthly average of multi-millions USD in transactions.• Proficient with: .NET 6, .NET 5, 4.8.*, 4.7.* ; 4.6.* ; 4.0; Entity Framework 6, 5, with C#. • MS.NET technologies - SignalR, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web-API as well as Web-Forms• Other web technologies including Knockout.js, jQuery, HTML 5, 4.1, 4; CSS 3, 2, Telerik Kendo UI, Telerik Asp.net Ajax Controls, etc.• Service oriented (SOA); separation of concern patterned N-Tier web-based POS system is/will be used by a growing number of 10,000+ Retail Florists nationwide 7 days a week.• Full feature cloud-based retail store PCI-Compliant POS system, include but not limited to: POS hardware controls (printer, barcode scanner, card reader, etc.), Credit Card payment processing, Automatic order receive & printing, information encryption, delivery routings, delivery planning, processing of orders forwarded from 1800Flowers.com website, Reporting (sales summary/details, Orders by types, Wire Order Services, Rewards rewarded, Open Orders, Orders by zip, Credit Card approval records, etc.)• Utilize Telerik Asp.Net AJAX and Telerik reporting controls. Methods chaining via .Net Delegates and Decorators architecture• Database access methods implement in DataSet/DataTable based architecture using DataAdapters; Code/Model-First, Database-First approach using .Net Entity Framework & Linq-to-Entities, Linq-to-SQLMessage Queuing, Brokerage, Data Caching utilizing SQL server broker.
