During his tenure at Nike Greater China, Eric focused on digital transformation and led several pioneering initiatives including:•The First WeChat-Based Marketing Application: Eric was instrumental in developing the first marketing application at Nike Greater China that was based on WeChat in 2015•The First Design-Thinking-Driven Mobile App: He also led the creation of the first mobile application driven by design thinking principles and led in digital experience agency into Nike commercial in early days.•The First Agile Iteration Multi-Cloud Deployment Social Learning App: Eric played a key role in the development of an agile and innovative social application that allowed for deployment across multiple platforms and regions.•The First End-to-End Order Management App for Global Strategic Partners•Nike Greater China's First Omni-Channel Digital Marketing Strategy: Eric contributed to the formulation of GC's first comprehensive omni-channel digital strategy.Some specific achievements and examples include:-The social app was successfully rolled out to thousands of Nike's own stores and authorized dealers. It provided real-time product updates, story-telling and key sales information to store staff.-Gamification were incorporated into the app, allowing users to immerse themselves in key product features and marketing terminology through activities like basketball games.-Competition and interaction were fostered among store employees, stores, and regions through features such as races.
